Return Process

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
